Change / Cancellation Policy

By scheduling an appointment and supplying credit card information to hold that appointment, you agree to the following cancellation and no-show policies. Thank you for your cooperation.

We understand the occasional need to change or cancel a scheduled appointment; however, we ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice if your plans change. If you call to cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, we must charge your credit card for 50% of the total price of the services booked.

We have voicemail if you need to call after regular business hours. If you do not contact us to cancel your appointment, you will be charged the full price of all services booked.

If you are running late for your scheduled services, call us as soon as possible. We try to book ample time between appointments for all considerations. If you arrive late, we will try to provide partial or shortened services as long as doing so does not interfere with our next client's appointment. Regardless of these accommodations, we are obliged to charge the full service price for late arrivals.
